Description


Exane® ZH low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), multi-conductor VFD, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and IEC Halogen Free cables. These low voltage multi conductor cables with segmented grounds, optimize the performance of IGBT type drives, reducing the effects of ground noise, crosstalk, and transient standing wave voltages. These high performance cables are commonly installed in the interior and exterior of offshore wind systems. The Exane® ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic equipment and personnel. Exane ZH is Intertek listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX Marine Shipboard Cable, a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable that also meets IEC HF requirements. (E025)

- Better physical & wet electrical properties than halogen free IEC cables

- Insulation Resistance Constant, K = 10,000 vs 550 for HF90 per IEC 60092-360
