ZH Power Cables Single Conductor Armored & Unarmored

Exane® ZH low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), single conductor power, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and IEC Halogen Free cables. These low voltage cables are commonly wired throughout the interior and exterior of offshore wind systems. The Exane ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic equipment and personnel. Exane ZH is Intertek listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX Marine Shipboard Cable, a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable that also meets IEC HF requirements. (E022)

Exane® ZH-CI, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) circuit integrity single conductor power, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and the IEC Halogen Free cables. These cables are commonly used in safety and emergency shut down systems, fire pumps, UPS systems, MCC and switch gear. The Exane ZH insulation is radiation cross- linked and provides outstanding physical properties, such as: resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It is a low-smoke, zero halogen material that is extremely tough and durable, capable of withstanding arduous environmental conditions experienced in offshore LV wind substations and wind turbines. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic and fire safety equipment. Exane ZH is Intertek listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX Marine Shipboard Cable, a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable that also meets IEC HF requirements. (E034)

Exane® ZH low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), multi-conductor VFD, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and IEC Halogen Free cables. These low voltage multi conductor cables with segmented grounds, optimize the performance of IGBT type drives, reducing the effects of ground noise, crosstalk, and transient standing wave voltages. These high performance cables are commonly installed in the interior and exterior of offshore wind systems. The Exane® ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic equipment and personnel. Exane® MR multi-conductor control cables, armored & unarmored, rated  1KV are an extremely tough construction ideally suited for use in rugged marine/ oil rig applications exposed to drilling fluids and muds. The Exane insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperatures, drilling fluids and muds, sunlight, flame, and moisture. Exane® MR is extremely tough and durable and withstands the arduous environmental conditions experienced in offshore mobile drilling units (MODU), FPSO’s, TLP’s and land rigs for oil and gas drilling rigs. Exane® MR’s 125˚C temperature rating for short durations lends itself to handle higher ampacity levels and higher safety margins in the field. It’s extremely flexible design and tightly controlled dimensions lead to benefits regarding lower weight, tray fill, ease of installation and long service life in drag chains. (E012)
