Description
Series 22256/2266 Low Temperature Maintenance (LTM) Self-Regulating Electric Traced Tubing is a thermally insulated fluid transport line for use in applications requiring freeze protection, viscosity maintenance, or condensation prevention, where the line may be cleaned or purged using steam or hot gasses. Each line is comprised of the following elements:
• Single or multiple process tube(s)
• Low temperature, self-regulating heating element with tinned-copper braid and fluoropolymer overjacket manufactured by Pentair Thermal Management
• Heat-reflecting foil wrap
• Moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation
• Choice of weather protective jacket
The energy-efficient design provides for a minimum temperature maintenance of 40°F at –40°F ambient. The standard product is available with a
5 or 10 watt per foot, 230 VAC Type BTV self-regulating heating element. manufactured by Pentair Thermal Management. The heating element will withstand continuous exposure to 174°F and intermittent exposure to temperatures of up to 185°F .
2E56 and 2E66 Bundles are approved for use in hazardous areas by FM Approvals: FM10ATEX0032X
FME10.0003X (MI)
