MI Heated tubing bundles are used for the most demanding applications.These bundles can be designed for operating temperatures up to 400°C (752°F). The Mineral Insulated Heating Cables installed in or supplied with the bundle can be rated for use in hazardous locations. Standard fibrous glass or high-efficiency aerogel thermal insulations are available depending upon operating temperature. Weather-resistant continuous outer jacket designed for application.
MI Heated bundles are available in two styles. The 2253/2263 Series bundles have the Mineral Insulated heater installed alongside the process tube. This series is available in custom lengths depending upon the application. The 2C84 Series bundles have an internal conduit that will allow the user to install the Mineral Insulated heating cable after the tubing is installed and secured. This series is only available in 17ft to 24ft random straight lengths. Connection and splice kits are available. (MI)
