ZH Power Cables Single Conductor Armored & Unarmored

Exane® ZH low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), single conductor power, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and IEC Halogen Free cables. These low voltage cables are commonly wired throughout the interior and exterior of offshore wind systems. The Exane ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic equipment and personnel. Exane ZH is Intertek listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX Marine Shipboard Cable, a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable that also meets IEC HF requirements. (E022)

Exane® ZH-CI, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) circuit integrity single conductor power, Tray Cable (TC) / Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane LSZH cables and the IEC Halogen Free cables. These cables are commonly used in safety and emergency shut down systems, fire pumps, UPS systems, MCC and switch gear. The Exane ZH insulation is radiation cross- linked and provides outstanding physical properties, such as: resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It is a low-smoke, zero halogen material that is extremely tough and durable, capable of withstanding arduous environmental conditions experienced in offshore LV wind substations and wind turbines. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic and fire safety equipment. Exane ZH is Intertek listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX Marine Shipboard Cable, a low-smoke, zero-halogen cable that also meets IEC HF requirements. (E034)

These low voltage multi conductor cables with segmented grounds, optimize the performance of IGBT type drives, reducing the effects of ground noise, crosstalk, and transient standing wave voltages. These high performance cables are commonly installed in the interior and exterior of offshore wind systems. The Exane® ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, and flame. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for sensitive electronic equipment and personnel. The Craftsman Series pulls design inspiration from 20th century architecture, featuring a flat panel and a traditional style. This series offers a selection of ovolo profiles, simple Shaker profiles, and sleek direct glazed options, combining modern and classic elements. Grain options in this series are Fir and Smooth.

The Nova series features glass that is directly glazed into the door to create a seamless blend between the glass and door. The large pane glass allows the greatest views and amount of light into your home, brightening up the space and filling it with energy. Nova comes in two models: the 45 with a traditional, Craftsman sticking and the 90 with a modern, Shaker sticking. The 45 is available in Smooth and Fir grain. The 90 is available in a brushed smooth skin.
