Description


EXANE ZH-CI, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH), circuit integrity multi-conductor, overall shield, TC and Marine Shipboard Cables, bridge the performance gap between the premium Exane-125 Type P cables and the IEC HF cables. These cables are used in safety and emergency shut down systems, UPS systems, PA/GA systems, electric gear and fire pumps. The Exane® ZH, LSZH insulation is radiation cross-linked and provides outstanding physical properties, resistance to abrasion, cut-through, low and high temperature, sunlight, flame. It is a low-smoke, zero halogen material that is extremely tough and durable and withstands the arduous environmental conditions experienced in offshore LV wind substations, mobile offshore drilling units (MODU), FPSO’s & TLP’s for oil and gas drilling rigs. It provides the low-smoke, non corrosive characteristics that have been deemed to be critical for the crew quarters in MODU’s. Exane® ZH is ITS (ETL) listed to IEEE 1580 as Type LSX, a low-smoke, zero halogen cable that also meets the IEC HF requirements. It is also listed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) to TC-ER, UL 1309.
